2. Jennifer told of Issues IT has with ordering Windows 8 machines (re: Lab) and alternatives- and to discuss: charging cart or no cart., who to pay for maintenance.

3. Moving collection schedule: ASAP

4. Windows 7 migration- last machine- REFdesk will be done tonite.

5. IDP- where we're at meetings with JP to be scheduled next week- (Creativity day, etc.)

1.  Progress on Plantation Grant- extra 75$ shipping should be ok with Friends- Victor will check totals.

2.   Progress on weeding of VHS/Cassettes: REF area has enuf room for Florida Collection. Victor will recheck amount of shelving weeded in AV/ Video area.

2. Toni told about Charlotte/Sarasota county Historical entity housed at Eng./Charlotte Library is applying for a 501-3(C)- Scanning will be done by volunteers at the Charlotte CTY Historical Center

3. Deirdre mentioned 2 patron laptops being Bluecoated in the late afternoon after working all day, Jennifer also witnessed such an event (445-6pm)

1. Changed from an EQ REF meet to an EQ Supervisors meeting

2. Jennifer explained the Heart math program and schedule for South Cty (May 9-30, 4 Thursday morns 2-1 hrs ea.)

3. Discussed good and bad times of day and months to have Tech classes.

4. Fruitville and other libraries can be asked for extra IRS forms before reordering

5. Tech goal discussed- Victor to research how new library labs are being set-up/ furnished

6. Plantation Grant answer expected in March.
